Please be aware of the increased potential to encounter a black bear and be BearWise®. Unsure of what to do when encountering a black bear in the wild or a residential area? SLOW DOWN
PLEASE SLOW DOWN
The HOA Board reminds EVERYONE driving in and around our neighborhood that it is important to SLOW DOWN, particularly now with everyone being in and around their homes.
Our neighborhood has many small children that are out and about on bikes, trikes, scooters and foot as well as adults who are taking advantage of fresh air at various times of the day.
Do not become distracted or speed. We need no more tragedy in our lives!
Be aware of your surroundings and of others in our tight knit community and SLOW DOWN.
Everyone will appreciate the effort.
